Partygaming meddelade idag att man köper rättigheterna till varumärket World Poker Tour.
We are delighted to announce that on 6th November, 2009, PartyGaming completed the acquisition of WPT Enterprises Inc. (WPTE).
The assets acquired include:
- The
World Poker Tour® brand, rights to a number of land-based events and
all other intellectual property rights associated with the World Poker
Tour
- An extensive library of well over 300
hours of poker programming that is broadcast in more than 150 countries
and thousands of hours of yet-to-be-seen content
- The ClubWPT subscription poker offering in the United States that has more than 16,500 paying subscribers in 38 US states
- More than 2,000 domain names, including www.ClubWPT.com and www.worldpokertour.com
